  • Who Are We?

    VFS Global is a commercial company, working in partnership with the UK Border Agency at the British Embassy in Moscow. We operate five Visa Application Centres in Moscow, St Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, Novosibirsk and Rostov-on-Don.   • How can I get information about visa applications or the application process?

    You will find information, and links, on this site, about how to apply for a UK visa
    You can also use our free email service to obtain the same information : info@ukvac-ru.com
    We also offer a telephone information service, which costs 75 Roubles per minute, with a minimum charge of 150 Roubles. When you call this number, you will be asked to provide contact details, so that you can be billed for the service.
    You can contact the UK Border Agency at the British Embassy in Moscow on MoscowVisaEnquiries@fco.gov.uk
    The UK Border Agency at the British Embassy in Moscow is unable to deal with visitors or with phone calls about visa processes and individual applications, because of Customer confidentiality and Data Protection legislation. All enquiries must be made in writing either by email or by letter


  • Where Can I Get Advice?

    VFS Global and its staff cannot give you advice on how to complete your application, or what type of visa you should apply for. If you need help with your application or advice about the UK's immigration rules and requirements, you should seek advice from a qualified immigration adviser. In the UK immigration advisers regulated by the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC - www.oisc.gov.uk ).

    You can also obtain advice from legally qualified professionals regulated by designated professional bodies. A list of legally qualified professionals who can advise on immigration matters can be downloaded from the following websites:

    Institute of Legal Executives

    Please note: The Law Societies of England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland and the Institute of Legal Executives cannot provide direct help or advice on visa applications. They can only provide a list of law firms who can advise on immigration matters.
